Our Story
Heritage TV began in 2002 and, after managing the station, was purchased by Hartley Media Services LLC in 2006. HTV continued to build its local audience by expanding to several different cable systems. But In 2022 HTV began working exclusively with SCTC Cable which covers a multi-county area. "We're proud of our journey and our commitment to providing valuable local content to Southwest Virginia and East Tennessee."
